Work you’ll do
- Responsible for driving and delivering procure-to-pay process re-design/transformation
- Improve process efficiency and effectiveness
- Responsible for putting in place good internal control policies and procedures and ensuring that internal controls built into the procure-to-pay systems are functioning according to specifications
- Ensure staff compliance and adherence to policies, procedures and measures on work instructions
- Assist with Accounts Payable monthly close activities including payment reviewer, month end accrual, Accounts Payable reconciliation and follow up on aged invoices etc.
- Drive and facilitate change management in accounting and financial operations
- Good working knowledge of SAP and Ariba and adept at mastering new financial systems

Requirements
- Degree in accounting or similar certification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is a team player
- Resourceful, meticulous, organized, independent and able to multi-task. Confident and comfortable with handling data and figures
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of SAP R3 and Ariba would be advantageous
