Work you’ll do
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Supporting our clients to define their operating model for Finance, introducing efficient ways of working and improving their processes and organization.
- Developing and lead high performing multidisciplinary teams, leading by example, actively mentoring others and contributing to performance management and recruitment activities
- Managing projects, work streams or teams and taking responsibility for team or project deliverables.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading consulting or implementation projects, managing senior relationships within top listed organizations, and managing large, diverse teams.
- Extensive experience delivering finance transformation projects that involve technology process and control activities
- Qualifications in an accounting/finance degree and/or CPA qualification or equivalent
- Experience in coaching and guiding other team members in applying tools, guidance, and methodology in delivering projects
- Excellent collaborative skills, precision thinking and a dedicated work ethic
- Experience in enabling services such as the following would be an advantage
- Experience supporting or leading SAP , Oracle, Netsuite, Dynamics or other ERP Finance project is highly desirable or
- Procure to Pay, Travel, Expense or Invoice Management and solutions such as SAP Concur, Expense8, Coupa etc or
- Finance Close to Report transformation and solutions such as BlackLine, Oracle Account Reconciliation, Trintech, Cadency, Workiva, TM1, OneSource etc.
- Strategic Planning and reporting, SAP Finance Group Reporting, Oracle EPM, Hyperion etc.
