Deloitte South East Asia commits to engage with our clients on the emerging sustainability issues. As a part of our commitment, the firm is setting up an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangkok, Thailand to provide insights and solutions to key ESG issues such as Net-zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Climate Risk and ESG regulations, and offer support to all markets in the SEA region.  


Work you will do


This role sits within the ESG Center of Excellence team in Bangkok and seeks to support all South East Asia’s ESG initiatives, with an emphasis on regional collaboration on eminence building, ESG product and pipeline development, project implementation and training for service offerings. As a member of the team, you will help support the COE team in co-create and deliver ESG solutions.


In this role, you will:

  • Enable the eminence agenda with input from the Climate and Sustainability (C&S) program leadership team
  • Enable the branding and marketing initiatives across the SEA region.
  • Enable publicity and promotion of the initiatives.
  • Enable the planning and delivery of training initiatives to equip all Deloitte Greendot staff on C&S capacity.
  • Enable the development of all SEA go-to-market strategies, including pitching enablement, methodology, quality & risk management, and delivery.

If you are someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • University level degree in related field of studies.
  • Strong passion about climate and sustainability as a topic and a way of life.
  • Ability to find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others.
  • Ability to collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions.
  • Ability to team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team.
  • Ability to apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models.
  • Ability to value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients
  • Ability to use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Ability to comprehend the basics of a sales & business development process.
