Work you’ll do

• Function as analyst/consultant in advisory and assurance engagements related to sustainability services, with main responsibility of conducting research on social issues, public policy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and business and human rights (BHR) related processes.
• Assist project leaders in implementing social sustainability projects for corporate clients, e.g., BHR, stakeholder engagement, social impact assessment, CSR strategy.
• Assist team in project implementation for clients, through advisory and assurance projects, in line with international sustainability standards, frameworks, and rating methodologies. (e.g., UNGP, AA1000, GRI Standards, TCFD, CDP, DJSI CSA).
• Assist in capacity building on BHR and CSR within our team and firm.
• Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, with stakeholders and team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, law, social innovation, or other field related to social science; with 2-5 years’ related experience in CSR/BHR operations or advisory, or related experiences in social development or social policy advocacy projects; or
• Master’s degree in social science, political science, and public policy, with proved interests and understanding of CSR and BHR.
• Experiences and exposures to private sector engagement, or educational background in business administration would be of advantage.
• Excellent skill in communication and writing both in Thai & English.
• Strong social research skills, with demonstrated commitment to personal learning and development.
• Obtain a can-do attitude and ready to step out of comfort zone.
