Work you’ll do

Function as a Senior project leader on delivering advisory and assurance engagements related to climate and sustainability.

Identify and develop technical expertise related to climate and sustainability and provide solutions to clients through advisory and assurance projects, in line with international sustainability standards, frameworks, and rating methodologies. (e.g., AA1000, GRI Standards, TCFD, CDP, DJSI CSA).

Guide sustainability advisory projects with focus on climate change, resource and environmental management, and act as subject matter expert for climate and environmental management related tasks.

Utilize analytical frameworks and tools to conduct climate change and sustainability analysis, as well as planning and conducting secondary and primary research through data gathering and client engagements.

Coordinate with SEA network of climate and sustainability professionals in project execution and knowledge sharing.

Contribute to business development and capacity building on climate and sustainability within our firm.

Develop effective client relationships that enable our recommendations to be acted upon.

Requirements

Master’s degree in environmental policy and management, environmental engineering or other STEM-related field. ISO 13000 or 14000 series accreditation would be an added advantage. Candidates with backgrounds in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or related, who have technical experiences in climate change are also encouraged to apply.

Over 8 years’ related experience in climate and sustainability operations or advisory, with required knowledge as follows:
- Strong understanding of climate change regulations, policy, and context in Thailand.
- Corporate sustainability strategy and planning, reporting, and risk assessments, with focus on environmental aspect.
- Candidates with technical experience in climate strategy, sustainable finance advisory; energy transition and GHG footprint advisory, and/or sustainable supply chain will be of advantage.

Excellent skill in communication both in Thai & English with strong leadership, analytical thinking, and project management are highly required.

Obtain a can-do attitude and ready to step out of comfort zone.

Ability to motivate and build team capacity and spark empathy with clients.

Understand the basic concepts and importance of internal controls, risk management and compliance.
