Are you a motivated and client-oriented administrative assistant with great coordination skills? The Deloitte Audit Service Center (ASC) will provide administrative support to Deloitte audit managers via providing high quality services from central location. This position requires a team player with strong organizational skills who has the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively manage and resolve issues. ASC team will assist audit engagement manager with processing administrative work, including client engagements acceptance, SAP management and monitoring audit quality requirement. This will involve working closely with manager to support the whole process of audit activity starting from the planning stage throughout the complete and wrap up stage of audit activity.


Job Description & Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare engagement letters, agendas, presentation, and handle internal and external correspondences
  • Initiate/perform background, independence and conflict checks on clients
  • Monitor archiving deadlines and the completion of mandatory training and follow up staff to ensure that they meet audit quality requirement
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events and other similar activities for manager, which also include travel and lodging arrangements
  • Be proof-reader in all financial statements and other documents before manager’s review to reduce the excess of overloaded task reviews
  • Maintain filing system and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Manage audit documentation e.g. Bank confirmation and AR confirmation

Requirements

  • Graduates in the secretarial field or experienced assistants having the appropriate background and experience 
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills, including proofing skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong prioritizing skill, and flexibility in working style.
  • The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of others
