Work you’ll do

  • Increase our advisory services market presence focusing on Japanese clients
  • Develop, pursue and monitor new business opportunities in collaboration of our Partner and Director by conducting research and coordinating to identify prospects and existing clients for new opportunities
  • Support business development functions in proposal development and presentation, engagement letter development, client correspondence, and monitor/update sales pipeline
  • Provide support in risk management process to ensure compliance to Deloitte risk management procedure
  • Translate documents, newsletters, and reports in JP-EN and vice versa
  • Provide internal support to partner and directors needed.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field in Japanese, Business related area
  • At least 4 – 5 years of working experience in business development, advisory services, management consulting or other related field
  • Excellent communication skills, strong written and oral presentation skills in Japanese and English
  • Able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills and capability to work effectively in both dynamic international and local environments
  • Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, senior management teams, as well as key personnel in business units
