C&I Manager/Senior Manager

  • Lead and assist in driving global/regional initiatives of strategic client program including client and industry analysis, business opportunity assessment, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead team in managing and enhancing CRM database system.
  • Conduct data analysis with the use of both Deloitte's and external database to support go-to-market initiatives and serve Deloitte's business requests.
  • Provide customer data insight & analysis for business development and client relationship.
  • Oversee the process of creating and distributing economic and industry report as well as marketing material.    
  • Utilize understandings of Deloitte’s functions (BUSINESS PARTNERING), key service lines and priority industries to improve cross-selling capabilities in Deloitte Thailand and Deloitte SEA.
  • Lead and facilitate client and internal workshops.

  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 3 - 5  years working experience in managing team, project with a strong background in data analysis and business development preferred.
  • Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve complex issues or difficult problems with effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail, ability to structure complex project requirements into structured, executable plans.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to conduct outside/inside research, analyze data.
  • Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively.
  • Excellent in English, esp. ability to read & write reports, articles, correspondence, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation and interpersonal skills.
