Work you will do

The HR Transformation offering transforms the way HR enables the business and the workforce. HRT Navigator is the all-encompassing resource for HRT practitioners across Deloitte to leverage throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and evaluate new technologies.
• Implement, maintain, improve, and support existing SAP/SuccessFactors application solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to understand requirements and deliver developments into production.
• Create technical specifications and track development object status across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs for SAP/SuccessFactors functional areas
• Evaluating customers' business needs, thus contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP/SuccessFactors systems architecture
• Analyse existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding and test/debug programs
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans
• Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation
• Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and conducting technical analysis and design to support system delivery
• Providing ongoing technical support

If you are someone with:

• Bachelor’s degree in related curriculum—Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems
• Ability to feedback potential solutions in a logical and understandable way for both technical and non-technical audiences
• A strong ability to understand business processes and design appropriate solutions
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with the functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new technology skills quickly
• Experience of ABAP development, experience of enhancements/modifications, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms are a plus
• Experience of SuccessFactors API and OData integration
• Experience of SAP Integration Suite
• Track record of full project lifecycle and development activities
