Our Financial Advisory professionals provide solutions to member firm clients facing some of the toughest issues in business today. That can mean detecting exposure to fraudulent activity, implementing anti-money laundering compliance programs, advising counsel in litigation and dispute matters, or helping companies determine asset value in a rigorous regulatory environment. It can also mean preparing organizations for a divestiture or acquisition, or helping financially distressed firms through a reorganization or liquidation process.

You will be part of a fast-paced, rapidly expanding business serving clients ranging from multi-national corporations to government institutions and to privately held/owner-managed businesses. Responsibilities:

• Execute the projects relating to M&A, financing, fundraising, turnaround/ business strategy, restructuring, and market entry studies
• Provide advice for the team in performing financial analysis, financial modeling, feasibility study, long-term business viability, business valuation and market & industry research
• Develop complex financial models using Excel / Power BI.
• Identify key business drivers and operational areas of improvement to strengthen the working capital and financial position
• Review long term business viability and valuation assignments
• Develop and review the presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders of the clients
• Keep track progress of the transactions to be aligned with project schedule and communication with clients’ working team
• Build effective working relationships with clients
• Provide guidance and contribute  to on-the-job training for team members on various assignments

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience in M&A, investment banking, banking or business development
• Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned
• A comfort around business analysis and understanding of value drivers
• Comfort and ability around report writing
• Sound financial analytical skills with strong financial modelling capability and experience
• Good interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels
• Flexibility in terms of diverse industries and role
• A commitment to continued personal development
• Multilingual capacities with fluency both English and Thai
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modelling.
• Knowledge of BI tools, Refinitiv, Bloomberg and Capital IQ is preferred.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, SEC-FA license, CFA is a plus.
