Our Financial Advisory professionals provide solutions to member firm clients facing some of the toughest issues in business today. That can mean detecting exposure to fraudulent activity, implementing anti-money laundering compliance programs, advising counsel in litigation and dispute matters, or helping companies determine asset value in a rigorous regulatory environment. It can also mean preparing organizations for a divestiture or acquisition, or helping financially distressed firms through a reorganization or liquidation process.

You will be part of a fast-paced, rapidly expanding business serving clients ranging from multi-national corporations to government institutions and to privately held/owner-managed businesses. Responsibilities:

• Work as a core team member to execute the transaction;
• Perform due diligence, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation for M&A transactions;
• Prepare meeting materials including key findings and analysis for discussion with client;
• Perform client and industry research and analysis and prepare materials to support our pitches and proposals to clients;
• Liaise with key stakeholders (including but not limited to clients’ working team, targets and other advisors) throughout the process to execute the transaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in related field;
• At least 2 years of working experiences in M&A, investment banking, deal advisory or business development;
• New graduates are welcome,
• Strong fundamental understanding of finance, economics, markets, financial analysis, accounting, financial modeling and valuation concepts;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
• Team player and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Good verbal and written English communication proficiency;
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word skills;
• Professional credentials such as SEC-FA license, CFA is a plus
