Work you’ll do

•    Handle all internal and external correspondences in order to provide any administrative assistance as requested.
•    Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for Partner, which also include travel and lodging arrangements.
•    Coordinate with various staff levels for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between internal departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems in the area of finance, human resource management.
•    Provide daily assistance to Partner/Managers as necessary such as dealing with incoming calls/inquiries, assisting visitors and solving a wide range of administrative problems.
•    Assist the engagement team in the requisition, inventory and licensing management of technology and/or software and/or external database memberships used for client service engagement delivery to meet concurrent engagement demand. 
•    Ability to coordinate with the external trade organization and/or business alliance in the event planning and logistic for the external PR and marketing efforts.
•    Assist with the book and record keeping tasks in the engagement life cycle, such as the acquisition of relevant client information in the client acceptance, related risk management procedures in the engagement acceptance, engagement letters, reports/deliverables/key millstones, multi-phase billings, and periodic collection efforts.

•    5 year up of experience in secretary, office management or relate fields
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
•    Ability in English language skills in verbal and written communication
•    Detail-oriented and well-organized
•    Good interpersonal skill
•    Service minded
