Work you’ll do

•  Assist core team members to perform due diligence, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation for M&A transactions.
•  Assist in the preparation of meeting materials including key findings and analysis for discussion with client.
• Perform client and industry research and analysis and prepare materials to support our pitches and proposals to clients.

Requirements

• 2nd - 3rd year students
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related filed
• Strong communication skills both writing and speaking in Thai/English
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
