Work you'll do

Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Restructuring assignments:

• Involve in the engagement team during fieldwork
  Participate in the development of client presentation 
• Assist with researching various technical and industry specific issues
• Perform accounting and financial analysis / review and financial due diligence report 
• Analyze financial statement, trial balance, auditor's working paper 
• Perform market and industry analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or related field 
• At least 2 years of working experience in auditing, M&A consulting, investment banking, financial analysis and/or other related field 
• Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned
• Good command in English, both speaking and writing skills
• Professional credentials such as CPA, SEC-FA license, CFA is a plus.
