Work you’ll do
- To support/work closely with HR Country Leader for all aspects of payroll, Compensation & Benefits in Thailand/Laos.
- To supervise team for payroll processing & ensuring data accuracy
- To research/explore/create employee benefits plans, including benefits cost/package/vendors options and propose the benefits plans to HR Country leader and Management Team for further approval
- To implement/monitor compensation & benefits as planned, and related activities
- To be responsible for Mobility Coordination (SEA/Japan), work closely with SEA Mobility Team and act as the main point of contact for information and guidance to assignees on Mobility procedures in Thailand/Laos

Requirements
- Bachelor/master’s degree in HRM, HRD, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience and full understanding in payroll & compensation & benefits
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and personal confidential information, and make sure that all employees data are safely maintained and made available only to individuals who are authorized.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and work independent
- Very good communication, logical, analytical skills, and computer literacy
