HR Business Engagement


 Job Scope

• Work closely with HR function, HR Director, management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale, increase retention and deliver continuous firm improvements and developments

• Monitor and consult with line management and provide HR policy guidance

• Support and deliver change programs/ some new projects

• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

• Employee engagement and involve in reward and recognition strategies



• Bachelor/Master's degree in HRM, HRD, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of generalist HR experience at advisor level

• Full understanding of all HR functions (preferable)

• Excellent relationship and people management skills, analytical and goal-oriented

• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively
