HR Officer (HR Talent Development)

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with learning & Development Manager and Learning & Development Representatives to develop Learning Plan.
  • Liaise with Learning & Development Representatives from other departments for training materials and logistics
  • Ensure all learning Plans are in place and properly implemented
  • Develop and deliver management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, evaluation and costs, etc.
  • Continuously improve Learning and Development process, procedures to fit with business needs.
  • Learning Admin for local program
  • Training records

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree in HRM, HRD, or related field
  • 0-1 years of working experience in HR area or related field
  • Good comprehensive HR knowledge (experience in HR works will be advantage)
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • Good analytical with positive attitude and result-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests to response on time
  • Good English Proficiency of written and spoken
