HR Senior Officer / Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Job Summary:

  • Analyzing the need, developing the position profile, sourcing, attracting, approach both active/passive, screening, assessing, selecting, the right candidates.
  • Creating build a pipeline of candidates for future need.
  • Able to use various recruitment tools, social media for sourcing and networking
  • Manage the advertising of local vacancies via Deloitte Career Website, external websites and social media.
  • Organize and support internal and external related-recruitment events/activities including planning, logistics, branding, PR and communication etc.
  • Lead initiative projects such as campus roadshow, open house to build brand reputation and candidates pipeline.


  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, BBA or related fields
  • At least 4-6 years of working experiences in recruitment functions
  • Having an experience in a corporate marketing/communications related-recruitment role would be considered an advantage
  • Very good command of English and Computer literacy
  • Good skill of problem solving, very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of the business, organizational culture and environment
  • Very good relationship and service mind, together with ability to work with people from different levels and functions
