HR Senior Officer - Recruitment

  • Lead & execute initiative projects/ mass recruitment activities to build brand reputation and candidates pipeline.
  • Analyzing the need, developing the position profile, sourcing, attracting, approach both active/passive, screening, assessing, selecting, the right candidates.
  • Creating build a pipeline of candidates for future need.
  • Able to use various recruitment tools, social media for sourcing and networking
  • Manage the advertising/agency and filling of local vacancies via Deloitte Career Website and external websites
  • Provide support in administrative relevant ; the recruitment reports and prepare for recruitment logistics, etc.



  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, BBA or related fields
  • At least 4 -6 years of working experiences in recruitment functions
  • Good connection to universities and have experience in running campus or mass recruitment activities is preferable.
  • Very good command of English and Computer literacy
  • Good team player,  strong in problem solving, very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of the business, organizational culture and environment
  • Very good relationship and service mind, together with ability to work with people from different levels and functions
