Job Summary:
- To maintain and update employee records for new hires and resignations.
- To verify employee salary data and ensure accuracy.
- To manage end-to-end payroll for Thailand, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- To prepare statutory reports for the Revenue Department, Social Security Office, and Provident Fund.
- To prepare payroll-related reports for accounting purposes.
- To Support documentation for immigration processes (e.g., visa, work permit).
- To support employees with document requests and provide routine HR administrative support
- To take admin duties that relevant to HR payroll, compensation and benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in HR-Payroll, HRIS, and knowledge in Thai labor law is preferable
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workload within deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively
- Attention to detail, accuracy, time management (multi-task) and analytical thinking
- Good command of English and computer literacy (MS. Office, especially MS. Excel)
- Good interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
