Requirements

• • 日本語ネイティブレベルかつ英語ビジネスレベル以上
  • または英語ネイティブレベルかつ日本語ビジネスレベル以上

職務経験

《共通》

• • (インハウスM&Aではなく) クライアントサービスとしてのM&A事業の実務経験
  • 戦略・M&A関連コンサルティングまたはFASでの8年以上の職務経験および関連する経験
  • ローカルとの混成チームでグローバルプロジェクトを遂行した経験

• • ビジネス戦略、財務分析、M&A・再編実務に関する高度な知識
  • 書面および口頭での優れたコミュニケーションスキルを備えたチームプレイヤー
