Work you will do 
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will bring considerable design, technical, functional and product expertise to collaborate across offerings and lead integrated design solutions across industries, at various scale.

You Will:


  • Lead end-to-end UX, UI conceptualisations and workflows, providing stewardship towards best-in-class experiences 
  • Manage to the highest design standards, providing clear direction to team members, stakeholders, internal agency partners and outside vendors  
  • Facilitate definition of functional specifications 
  • Develop research methodologies and synthesise findings 
  • Facilitate Design Thinking workshops and co-creation sessions 

As a people manager, you will; 

  • Support the CS&AD team's capability building, including people, skills, processes, tools and business development 
  • Maintain a healthy and diverse team culture 
  • Manage the day-to-day operational tasks across multiple workstreams 
  • Develop and support the delivery of overall digital vision and strategy in projects and business pursuits 
  • Seeking industry best practices and opportunities for future development in UX and Design

What you bring:


  • 7+ years of UX strategy development and delivery experience for large-scale, digital media products 
  • 2+ years of managing a design team, building capabilities and mentoring junior designers 
  • Extensive experience leading digital-first channel design and information architecture strategy for a complex content portfolio
  • Extensive experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions 
  • Expert in modern forms of design thinking, including lean UX and agile methodologies 
  • Extensive experience closely partnering with internal and external resources 
  • Record of strong stakeholder management and internal advocacy
