Work you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional with good business network and understanding of SAP technologies to lead and manage a team of SAP professionals in Thailand and reporting to the regional Deloitte SE Asia SAP leadership.

The individual will be responsible for executing and supporting the regional SEA SAP initiatives.  One of his/her key responsibilities is to develop and execute strategies to market Deloitte SAP Risk Advisory services in the Thai market.

Additionally, he/she will also be responsible to manage the clients in existing projects under the guidance of the regional SAP team and develop strong relationships with these clients to further on-sell Deloitte SAP business

Responsibilities:

• Increase our market presence focusing on the advisory services and implementation of tools, solutions and technology in the area of governance, risks & controls (GRC) and cyber security.
• Manage project teams to develop, execute and complete SAP assignments effectively and timely.
• Accomplish SAP advisory service objectives by managing staff; planning, monitoring, and evaluating service activities and performance.
• Develop, pursue and monitor new business opportunities in collaboration of our technology partners by conducting research and coordinating to identify prospects and existing clients for new opportunities.
• Support business development functions in proposal development and presentation, engagement letter development, client correspondence, and monitor/update sales pipeline.
• Provide support in risk management process to ensure compliance to Deloitte risk management procedure.
• Provide internal support to partners and directors, as needed.

Requirements

• Wide network of contacts in the SAP business eco-system in Thailand
• Good knowledge of SAP technologies.
• Over 5 years of experience in advisory services/ management consulting/ business development/ system implementation – experiences in ERP/GRC/Cybersecurity tool is a plus.
• Able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills and capability to work effectively in both dynamic international and local environments.
• Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, senior management teams, as well as key personnel in business units.
• Good communication skills, strong written and oral presentation skills in English.
• For male, Certificate of Military Exemption is a must.
