Work you’ll do

• Projects will cover the following service areas:
• Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct requirement gathering meeting
• Analysing business requirement and summarize functional requirement
• Developing and/or reviewing business requirement specification, UAT test scenarios & test cases, training material
• Designing business process flow/business work flow
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and UAT defect management activities
• Conducting and/or supporting user training session
• Collaborating with Business users, project leads and project team to resolve issues and ensuring business solutions are viable and consistent
• Support system development work throughout the SDLC

You will be expected to communicate closely with business user team of client; assist in proposal development; mentor and develop junior team members; and maintain up-to-date new trend technology, both locally and internationally. Your role as an business domain expert

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid background preferably with professional experiences in banks/financial institutions/insurance in Business Analyst role or Product Owner role or related system implementation roles.
• At least Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in appropriate business knowledge disciplines such as business administration, finance, computer engineering, computer science. The candidate should be equipped with business  analysis background.
• Business Analyst experiences, preferably in the banking system.
• Computer literacy in standard applications such as Microsoft Office is a must.
• Fast learner in assigned business area (e.g. retail banking products, wholesales banking products, insurance)
• Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation tools.
• Experience in agile methodology would be appreciated.
• Experience in data profiling development would be appreciated.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong sense of client services, able to deal with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Be adaptive to work as a team-player with strong interpersonal skill and demonstrate a certain degree of self-initiation, having maturity reasonably expected from a professional, and respect commitments including targets and deadlines.
• Demonstrate multitasking ability and able to work in a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and well-verse in documentation in both Thai and English.
• For male, Certificate of Military Exemption is a must.
