Work you'll do:

• Provide regulatory compliance and advisory services to multinational clients and organizations in the various area of laws, e.g. commercial, contract, data privacy, labor, merger & acquisition (M&A), corporate and regulatory compliance, pre & post M&A, including preparing the relevant documents and applications
• Support drafting, structuring and reviewing legal documents and business contracts with close attention to details
• Assist in establishment the legal entity in Thailand, corporate registration and compliance, apply for foreign business license and business licenses, including wind up the entity in Thailand
• Contact the officers e.g. Ministry of Commerce, Revenue Department, other relevant authorities

Requirements:

• 3rd year students 
• Bachelor’s degree in Laws or other related field 
• Very good command of English writing/speaking skills (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELT Score is a plus)
• Microsoft office applications (Microsoft Word/Excel/ PowerPoint) and enthusiasm to learn the new software program
