Work you’ll do:

• Estimate, design, develop, and deliver assigned features
• Fix issues and add unit/integration tests
• Contribute actively to backend team initiatives and workshops
• Support project decision-making with technical solutions
• Improve processes and automation
• Lead technology updates within the backend team
• Improve system quality, speed, and maintainability
• Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Review pull requests and mentor peers
• Participate in hiring (review assignments & interviews)
• Collaborate with squads to meet project and client goals

Requirements:

Core Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of OOP principles
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and best practices
• Experience with CI/CD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
• Strong teamwork skills
