Work you will do
You will be part of our INSPIRES Internship Program, working alongside with some of the best and brightest people anywhere, on behalf of many of the world’s most influential companies. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications.
This program will allow you to various key capabilities and skills whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area.
This role sits within Marketing and Commerce (M&C), you will work with team to help our clients with their Creative Design and Innovation, Advertising and Branding, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Experience Platform.
You will:
- Engage in marketing insights projects by analyzing client channel strategy, data and performance and effectively communicating findings
- Help clients design and setup automated marketing journeys using experience and data led thinking
- Help clients identify the right marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy
- Build strong relationships with client digital and marketing leaders to provide strategic advice on channel expansion, optimization, and business growth
- Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity
- Deliver on multiple initiatives in the same time frame with minimal supervision
- Plan, manage and execute digital marketing plan that includes (but not limited to) creative campaigns, social media management, analytics and advertising campaigns
- Serve as advisor to clients in digital marketing solutions with analysis of reports in consultation with support teams
- Manage key accounts of existing and prospect clients

Who we are looking for:
- Available to start internship in either May, June or August with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Interest in marketing analytics/strategy, business analytics, management consulting, sales operations
- Advance knowledge of PowerPoint, including the ability to use PowerPoint to communicate analytical insights effectively to stakeholders
- Experience with impactful data-related or analytics projects and visually presenting and communicating findings with minimal supervision
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
- Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
- Fluent verbal and written English
