T&T Manager - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - AUTO - Japanese Client Services - SEA 1

Work you will do 

In the vast economic region of Southeast Asia, approaching a population of 700 million, the investment appetite of Japanese companies has been increasing. The automotive industry is currently in the midst of a global transformation described as a once-in-a-century change. The industry is being significantly reshaped by a transformation, known as CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electrification), which is expected to impact not only the industry but society as a whole. 

In response to these structural changes in the industry, there is a growing demand to support clients from two perspectives: 

• Leading the industry's transformation in Southeast Asia as an automotive professional 

• Addressing the impacts of the transformation 

Due to Southeast Asia being a region where Japanese automotive companies dominate market share and a significant pillar of global sales for Japanese clients, we have actively recruited for this position. The automotive industry, which is essential to the Japanese economy, is looking for individuals who can work at the forefront of its global expansion. 

Project Case: 

• Support in formulating medium to long-term management plans to respond to changes in industrial structure. 

• Review and reconstruction of the company's product portfolio. 

• Design, business model formulation, and operational design for new service implementation. 

As Manager, you will lead and manage consulting projects covering strategy development to execution in the automotive industry. They will act as a project manager, leading a mixed team including local members, while leveraging their personal expertise to support case and client development.

Requirements: 

• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities 

• Experience in leading projects 

• Practical experience at a consulting firm, along with expertise in one of the following areas; Strategy, Marketing / Digital Transformation (DX) and Technology 

• Native level Japanese and business level English or native level English and business level Japanese 

• Strong interest in the automotive industry 

• Understanding of the system landscape used by Japanese automotive OEMs and suppliers (Technology Position) 

• Southeast Asia related consulting experience

マネジャーは自動車業界における戦略立案から実行までカバーしたコンサルティングのプロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてローカルとの混成チームでリーダーシップを発揮してマネージしつつ、個人としての得意分野を生かして案件・顧客開拓をサポートしていただきます。

応募要件: 

• コンサルティングファームでの実務経験に加え、以下のいずれかの領域に関する知見；戦略、マーケティング・DX、テクノロジー 

• 自動車産業への強い関心 

• 日本の自動車OEM・サプライヤーで使用されるシステムランドスケープに対する理解 (テクノロジーポジション) 

• 提案活動を通じてプロジェクトの受注に貢献した実績 

• プロジェクトのリード経験 

• ネイティブレベルの日本能力かつビジネスレベル以上の英語能力、またはネイティブレベルの英語力かつビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力 

• 東南アジア関連のコンサルティング経験
