T&T Manager - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - TMT - Japanese Client Services - SEA

Work you’ll do 

In Southeast Asia, a major economic region with a population approaching 700 million, Japanese companies are showing increasing interest in investment. Traditionally valued as a manufacturing and export base due to low labor costs, Southeast Asia is now gaining prominence as a market itself, driven by economic growth and the expansion of the middle class. There is also a growing demand to capitalize on the rapid, leapfrogging growth of the digital economy. 

Our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team is no exception to this trend. Given the rising demand to support clients' businesses from the perspectives of strategic consulting, marketing, and digital strategy, we are actively recruiting for this position to strengthen our capabilities in these areas. 

• Project delivery and proposal support for Japanese high-tech, media, and telecom clients, covering all stages from strategy to execution 

• Support for market research and go-to-market strategy development 

• Experience in operational improvements and organizational transformation 

• Digital transformation support, including digital marketing, supply chain, analytics, and ERP 

As Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a consulting firm on the topics listed in the "Work you’ll do" section 

• Experience working in mixed teams with local members to execute global projects 

• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities 

• Experience in leading projects 

• Native level Japanese and business level English or native level English and business level Japanese 

• Southeast Asia related consulting experience

人口7億人に迫る一大経済圏である東南アジアにおいて、近年日本企業の投資意欲が益々高まっております。 

従来は低廉な人件費を活用した製造・輸出拠点という側面が強かったですが、経済成長及び中間層の拡大に伴いマーケットとしての存在が増すと共に、リープフロッグ的に拡大を見せるデジタル経済の成長を取り込んでいくことが求められています。 

当チームの担当するテクノロジー・メディア・通信チームにおいても例外ではなく、特に戦略コンサルティング、マーケティング／デジタル戦略の側面からクライアントのビジネスを支援するニーズが高まっていることから本ポジションを積極的に採用するに至りました。
