Work you will do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Lead end-to-end SAP testing activities including SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management
• Define test strategy, test scope, test approach, and overall testing plan
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure testing readiness
• Review and validate test scenarios, test cases, and test execution results
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution with relevant teams
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular status reporting to project management
• Ensure testing deliverables comply with project quality standards and governance
• Support test automation initiatives where applicable
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation during testing phases
• Mentor and guide junior testers or testing team members

Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing or SAP project delivery
• Hands-on experience in SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, or related modules
• Strong understanding of SAP testing lifecycle and methodologies
• Experience leading SIT/UAT activities in large-scale SAP projects
• Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or Solution Manager
• Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
• Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
