Work you’ll do

This role sits within the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, focused on implementation & delivery of projects.

• Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency, optimize governance processes, and implement best practices across programs and portfolios.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to address project risks, issues, and dependencies, while contributing solutions to complex business challenges.
• Perform project analysis, track key performance indicators, and prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Maintain accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of project deliverables and PMO documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of project governance frameworks, operating models, and portfolio management processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Assist in the development of proposals, project plans, business cases, and client presentations as required.
• Continuously strengthen project management, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities through training, coaching, and hands-on project experience.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a business with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program.
• Minimum 10 years and above of professional experience in Digital Transformation and large scale project management
• Relevant years of consulting experience is a major plus
• Thai language proficiency is a must
• Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
