Work you’ll do:

As a Senior Manager within the Innovation Cloud Development Center (ICDC), you will play a critical leadership role in driving technology delivery, capability growth, and operational excellence across our Software Development Centre. You will lead teams responsible for custom build engagements, cloud integration, AI-led development and solution delivery, while shaping future-ready enterprise solutions that enable our clients’ transformation journeys.

You will bring proven experience and forward thinking to our engagements, serving our clients across industry. As a trusted leader and advisor, you will establish and nurture strong working relationships with internal teams and clients, with the aim of consistently exceeding expectations and grow our talent and the development center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow ICDC, including capacity planning, talent development, demand forecasting, and delivery governance.
  • Drive practice growth, including talent development, capability building, delivery standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise system build using agile and AI-led delivery practices, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a technical leader and architect, guiding solution design across systems, integration, and cloud platforms.
  • Partner with offering and business units to identify, plan, and meet demand across internal teams and client engagements.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in all aspects of technology, keeping abreast with the latest in the market.
  • Guide and review design and development, ensuring performance, scalability, security and data integrity.
  • Support project teams in delivering enterprise solution and high-quality work products that address client business needs and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with diverse, high-performing teams to solve problems, improve delivery performance, and generate measurable value for clients.
  • Lead and support the preparation of client presentations, solution proposals, and key communications.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, solution shaping, presentations, and thought leadership materials.
  • Uphold the firm’s standards, values, and ethos in all interactions with team members and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong technical background in software engineering and solution delivery.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing and leading teams, preferably within a consulting or technology delivery environment.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including systems development experience, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue management in multi-platform environments.
  • Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless architecture is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability in communication (oral, written, and presentation), analysis, problem-solving, and both short- and long-term planning.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of work showcasing technical and architectural competence.
  • Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle, with willingness to travel locally and internationally as required to support project assignments.
