Work you'll do

Manager Position:

• Assist clients in designing and developing defendable transfer pricing policies and models for goods, services and intangible property, such as trade names, trademarks, licenses, and technology.
• Perform functional and risk analyses.
• Perform economic and financial analysis and models.
• Assist clients in implementation of their transfer pricing models and policies.
• Draft transfer pricing reports for documentation and audit defense purposes.
• Provide support to clients in addressing issues arising from transfer pricing audits with the Thai Revenue Department
• Assist in developing strategies for clients for obtaining advance pricing agreements and supporting the negotiations between tax authorities.
• Work with our international tax teams and other groups on structuring international arrangements.
• Participate in business development pursuits.
• Actively mentor and coach transfer pricing consultants/senior consultants and provide constructive feedback to support their development

Below Manager:

• Assist team to conduct functional interview with client to obtain client's business information
• Prepare draft functional report based on information received from the interview
• Search for client's industry information, and prepare draft industry description
• Conduct comparable data search to find comparable companies by using electronic database and publicly available information
• Review and analyze audited financial statements and perform financial analysis by using Deloitte Transfer Pricing Software
• Prepare draft full transfer pricing documentation (English/ Thai language)
• Participate in certain advisory in relation to transfer pricing and international tax advice

Requirements:

For Manager position: At least 6 years of total working experience in tax, transfer pricing, or consulting 

For below Manager position: 0 - 5 years of total working experience in tax, transfer pricing, or consulting 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics Business Administration, Master’s degree is preferable
• Accounting background with good analytical and research skills
• Able to work effectively in both dynamic international and local environments
• Very good command of English writing/speaking skills (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELT Score is a plus)
• Microsoft office applications (Microsoft Word/Excel/ PowerPoint) and enthusiasm to learn the new software program
• The recruited candidates shall be entitle to future mobility program within Deloitte global network or participate in certain international assignments
