Work you’ll do

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to Singapore employment, dependant passes which includes the entry approval applications and immigration related compliance matters etc;
  • Handle (written and verbal) queries or request for information from assignee;
  • Draft replies queries from clients, or requests for advice from Deloitte global network;
  • Work collaboratively with other team members globally to address immigration queries;
  • Maintain several client worksheets to ensure up to date employee records;
  • Generate and prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Include the handling of various administrative tasks relating to the management of client programs, including updating of a case management tool, collate and record government transaction receipts for billing purposes etc;

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Studies, or other similar fields.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills 
  • Computer titerate
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated with a disposition to take initiative and solve complex issues
  • Skill to analyze data and create necessary reports
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
