Work you will do

Deloitte’s Work Redesign approach aims to challenge the way work is delivered today, to identify or enhance ways of delivering value. It goes beyond process reengineering and aims to define future experiences and services that deliver accelerated business and employee benefits. Work Redesign considers how work may be redesigned and reassigned to allow humans and machines to work together, leveraging their complementary strengths.

  • Workforce Transformation consultancy in the area future state design and strategy
  • Redesigning and redistributing work between humans and machines
  • Benefits realisation and management
  • Business processes assessment and optimization
  • Business research and analysis
  • Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers
  • Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • University education or Master's degree preferred
  • Some experience in the domain of workforce consulting/advisory is an advantage
  • Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks
  • Digital/Technology fluent
  • Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Ability to express and present own opinion; objective argumentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Diligence, punctuality, a systematic responsible approach
  • Willingness to invest time in one’s own knowledge and competencies
