Work you’ll do

 

Business Developments

       Firm:

  • Maintain relationships with relevant stake holders, i.e. ministries, branches, NGOs and chambers
  • Support and prepare strategic client planning
  • Research information on clients and markets
  • Follow guidance and develop business as well as enhance Deloitte branding

       Clients:

  • Support functions in maintaining good relationship with strategic clients
  • Support functions in proposal process
  • Approach and develops new clients
  • Support in cross selling activities

 

Branding

  • Implement programs on enhancing awareness on client campaigns, client development tools, and resources from Deloitte Global and Deloitte SEA
  • Fulfill requirements of Deloitte Global and Deloitte SEA on branding activities
  • Enhance awareness and understanding of client on Deloitte Brand name and services, including both current and potential clients

Requirements

 

  • University degree in any fields
  • At least 7-10 years working experience in Business Development or Sales Management
  • Proven track record in a Business Development, Marketing, Sales and bidding management
  • Experience in B2B marketing, possess good network and strong knowledge of the target markets would be an added advantage
  • Personal attributes include good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, resourcefulness and tenacity
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and strategic skills; able to foresee the market potential and develop strategies to grow the business
  • Business fluency in English (written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills)
