Work you’ll do
Job Purpose
This position is to provide day-to-day support for talent management and development for Function. Key responsibilities include the implementation of approved HR strategies and initiatives to improve overall organizational performance and strengthen Deloitte’s position as an employer of choice.
Key Accountabilities
Talent planning and monitoring
- Work with/support Business leaders with resources planning and resources monitoring.
- Work with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team to run talent attraction programs, sourcing talents for the function using different sourcing tools;
- Manage approval and recruitment for vacant positions, provide offer letters
- Manage new hire communication and new hire orientation process
- Support mass recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives
Career and Talent Development
- Manage Performance Management process
- Manage delivery of approved training and development programs
- Provide career development programs/implement career development programs for the Function.
- Support in implementation of high potential development programs
Employee Engagement
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate with team to plan and execute HR internal events (Promotion Ceremony, Cinema Day, D-Hour, Well-being Month,…)
- Employer Branding: Coordinate with TA team and other stakeholders/ partners on talent attraction activities (Unitours, Office tours, Career talks,…)
Staff engagement & Retention activities
- Conduct exit interview with resigned staff and interns after end of Internship program
- Conduct conversation with new staff after 2 months' probation to seek feedback
- Conduct frequent meetings with service line leaders/managers/key staff to get update on staff matters
- Coordinate with Talent team of function to propose and implement Talent agenda for the whole year
Other role
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Answer queries and provide advices about human resources practice and briefings on HR programs and projects
- Complete HR projects as required
- Provide HR reports where required

Requirements
- At least 7 years work experience in relevant areas of HR
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Preferably, experience with a Foreign Company within the Financial Services Industry
- Sound understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities
- Can work independently to plan and meet deadlines
- Good teamwork skills, high level of verbal and written English skills
- Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point
