Work you’ll do

 

  • Provides onsite or offsite end-user support, the issues and tasks escalated from the Service Desk or supervisor
  • Provide and managed IT loan devices to users, support asset management activities
  • Event and Virtual meeting room support
  • Provides hardware & software deployment services to compliance with technology standards. 
  • Provides continuous end user IT learning and development on use of technology to support business efficiencies and effectiveness via classroom training, manuals, electronic newsletters and knowledge bases.

Requirements

 

  • 3rd, 4th years student in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proactive, flexible, honest, and integrity
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, client and other units
  • Effective teamwork, able to take on an independent role in the group to achieve a common goal.
  • Professional working skills, high professional ethics
