Manager - Digital Customer - Vietnam

Work you’ll do
 

As a Manager/Senior Manager within Deloitte Digital, we need you to lead, manage industry sales target, plan, guide and deliver business growth in the platform. You’ll be working alongside industry team and other agency disciplines, setting client vision, solving business problems with a mix of business, innovative and technical expertise. It's how we outclass the competition and create the best digital experiences. You’ll:

•    Develop your consulting sales techniques to identify, nurture and close complex deals and navigate many client contacts and their political landscape while executing the account plans.
•    Serve as Digital Customer/ recognized sales leader to focus on sales to market-leading clients with Cloud technology solutions.
•    Manage sales to fulfill vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets
•    Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with the Digital Customer’s Offering Portfolios
•    Continue to evolve the SEA segment, managing team from a structure, talent, and competence perspective
•    Become an expert adviser on commercial arrangements and frameworks that ensure Digital Customer is an ongoing sales success, especially on key opportunities; aim for closings of big strategic customers in local market and potentially other market segments.
•    Partner with other teams like the Technical teams to continuously guide internal processes and standards forward
•    Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop programs that continually enhance and improve the industry knowledge and solutions selling skills.

•    Actively contribute to building the talent pipeline by championing a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high performing teams.
 

Enough about us, let's talk about you

 

If you are someone with: 
•    Strong background in selling and delivering based projects, preferably with specific industry verticals (e.g. Services, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Public Sector, Health & Life Sciences, Manufacturing).
•    Ability to bring, build industry and partner network to build and drive business growth.
•    Strong track record in building, managing/exceeding sales target, with .
•    Experience in designing and implementing platform, technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. Programme lead, business transformation lead, solution architect, project manager.
•    8+ years of overall development and architecture experience, preferably with specific industry verticals.
•    Experience designing and implementing 
•    Experience defining, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
•    Experience working in an Agile team preferably on an end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle.
•    Ability to fostering strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside the client and product team to implement effective user experiences. 
•    Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
•    An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
