Work you’ll do

 

Perform tasks/ assignments/ working plan in the resource management team as a scheduling assistant, under the supervision of resource management manager and Talent Partners.

 

Roles and responsbilities:

  • Be assigned tasks by the team leader and ensure understanding of tasks, deadlines, content and presentation of work results and related responsibilities in the process of the work;
  • Perform specific staff scheduling tasks under guidance and supervison of the Team leader, including but not limited to:  (1) receive requests from engagement teams on staff booking to engagements (2) arrange/communicate with staff/managers on staff booking; (3) tracking staff booking on systems; (4) produce different scheduling reports/analysis on resources utlisation for management team; (5) support functions with other resources-related activities.
  • Ensure all Code of Conduct, Ethics, Independence and Security requirements are fully complied. Ensure the confidentiality of the documents and working papers of clients during work process

 

Learning and Development:

  • On-the-job training by the team leader through direct interaction on assigned tasks related to scheudling
  • Self develop through self-paced learning via Deloitte Learning Platforms and Deloitte resources.
  • Continually develop self to meet with the requirements of the Global Talent Standards (GTS) for associate level. Conduct the capability assessment against the GTS annually to have action plans for self development.

 

Reports and Communication

  • Regularly report on the progress of the work to meet the requirements of the proper and effective staff schedule and the deadline;
  • Update and get consultation with the team leader when facing dificulties during course of work implementation.
  • Response timely to team leader/the staff requester. Stay connected with the team via different communication channels of the Firm, whether working online or offline.

Requirements

 

  • University degree with preferable major in English Language, Business or Finance, Human Resources Management, Economics.
  • Strong communication skill, problem-solving skill, ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Attention to details, self-management, and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • PC literate and proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
