Work you'll do

• Analyze and formulate business problems into practical analytics solutions
• Provide analytics services to help clients develop or improve analytics services
• Design and build data analytics tools in response to changes in client or firm requirements
• Use descriptive analytics to analyze accounting and financial data extracted from client’s systems to find out risk findings for audit engagements
• Develop analytical models and solutions by using predictive analytics, statistics, machine learning, optimal sampling, experimental design and other techniques
• Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to all stakeholders
• Work on external and internal training, including prepare dataset and dashboard creation to client industry, investigate key metrics and design business analytics case studies in the client’s industry for on-site presentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Above in quantitative fields such as Data Science/Analytics, AI, Computer Science/Engineering, Information System, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or data science
• Strong experienced in SQL/BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Excel charts), data management skill is a plus
• Experienced in Python/R (with data analytics frameworks: Pandas, Numpy, Glob, Stats, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and break down complex concepts and interpret technical findings into clear language that can be communicated to team members and clients
