Work you’ll do
- Assist Seniors and Managers in performing GES engagements, including: Personal Income Tax (PIT), Immigration and Payroll services and other required engagements;
- Assist Seniors and Managers in preparing proposals and business development materials;
- Work independently and collaborate well with team members to prepare accurate working papers and/or concise and well-written reports using appropriate business and technical language on a timely basis;
- Research, analyse issues and draft advice related to PIT, Immigration, Payroll and other HR related matters;
Requirements
Basic qualifications:
- Good time management and project management to ensure engagements run smoothly;
- Good Microsoft Office’s skills: Excel and Power-point
- Good English skills (especially speaking and writing skills).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with critical thinking;
- Proficient in using common AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
- Careful and attentive to details; eager to learn;
- Dedicated to delivering superior client service, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt with flexibility.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multitasks and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines;
- Demonstrate understanding of Personal Income Tax, Immigration Payroll, Labour, compulsory Social Insurance;
- Demonstrate a professional working attitude; and
- Demonstrates patience and a strong commitment to long-term career growth within the firm.
Preferable work experience:
- One year or more of experience in tax field/human resource;
- Previous experience in the same position; and
- Experience working for Big4 would be an advantage.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Foreign Trade, or another relevant field.
