Work you’ll do

 

Deloitte’s Business Process Solutions (BPS) is a service line within our Deloitte Tax and Legal practice which helps businesses manage their accounting, tax, payroll, business processes and technology processes. We provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, loan staff, co-sourcing, and project related services. We assist our clients during the transformation processes (such as centralizing functions to shared service centers, technology application, automation process, etc.).

 

BPS engagements require an extensive and practical knowledge on accounting/payroll, taxes, financial related processes (such as order to cash, procurement to pay, reporting, budgeting, treasury, etc.).

 

As a BPS senior, you will be responsible for lead consultants or work independently to execute the projects/assignments. You would be assigned/seconded to work at the clients’ office. The main assignments are related to accounting and corporate taxes.

 

  • Assist Managers in performing accounting & taxes engagements
  • Assist Managers in preparing proposals and business development materials
  • Review and verify the accuracy of invoices reports and other accounting documents/ records under the instructions of Managers
  • Work with clients directly in handling problem issues and team managements together with managers instruction
  • Be in charge of managing the Reconciliation reports with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers;
  • Research, analyze accounting/tax issues and draft accounting/tax advice related to business transactions to client and managers.
  • Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Supervise and support team members in engagement process.
  • Demonstrate a professional working attitude

Requirements

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or other business-related major;
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences;
  • Solid experiences in accounting software (SAP, Quick book, Xero, ERP, etc.);
  • Willing to be outsourced to client sites as required;
  • Self-starter, organized, attention to details;
  • Familiarity with data working tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc. is preferred;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese);
  • The below are a plus if you have:
    • Experiences in an international accounting services firm and/or knowing IFRS/USGAP - VAS conversion will be advantage;
    • Have chief accountant certificate;
    • Have certificate of accounting practice and/or VN CPA and/or ACCA / CPA Australia or equivalent programs (candidates in pursuing such programs would be considered).
