What you will do
As a Cyber Sales Director at Deloitte, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our cybersecurity sales initiatives. Your role involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, developing high-level sales strategies, and driving significant revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and ensuring Deloitte’s solutions meet those needs effectively.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domains of Design, implementation & operations. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Strategic Leadership and Team Management: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive growth in the cybersecurity sector. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at key client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.

Sales Process Oversight: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Ensure a seamless and efficient sales cycle.

Collaboration: Work closely with Deloitte’s technical, consulting, and marketing teams to develop and present tailored cybersecurity solutions. Ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.

Presentations and Proposals: Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact presentations and proposals. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Deloitte’s cybersecurity services.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate complex contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with Deloitte’s business objectives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Enough about us, let's talk about you.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the cybersecurity industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex sales data and market trends.
