Work you’ll do
- In charge of Clients & Industries programs in the South
- To act as the representative for the firm’s BOD to enhance business development with different stakeholders in the South.
- Manage related industries & sectors programs, and strategic clients programs.
- Follow up Client & Market program under SEA guidance to boost eminence in the Vietnam market
- Manage the team to support requests from internal stakeholders, including: events, publications, media request, etc….
- In charge of Client Data Base, Bidding Management in the South
- Manage client database/client portfolio/client list and related information, including client’s birthday, anniversary, milestone,etc…
- Provide client and market information as requested by leaders.
- Support bidding activities and take charge of the bidding content;
- Work with stakeholders in developing, updating, managing and storing proposal and bidding materials to strengthen company’s branding and capacity in bidding/sales activities.
- In charge of required internal process in the South:
- Manage C&M administrative tasks in the HCMC office, including payment, internal required procedures..
- Track to manage expenses in the South within the C&M approved budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required; English language fluency required, especially good English writing skills
- Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management, especially proven experience in working with local authority, government agencies, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
