Consultant – Licensing Services is responsible for providing regulatory, licensing and related market entry advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake works related to applying for business establishment licenses, revision, extension, etc.;
• Assist Seniors/Managers in performing research and providing regulation on Law on Enterprise and Investment, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Business, Labor Code, and other regulatory matters;
• Update and highlight on the changes of the new regulations issued on weekly basic;
• Do research and make report on various relevant matters as per Seniors/Manager requests
• Perform other works related duties as assigned by the management level.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law or business related field;
• Minimum 1 years experiences working for licensing, market entry services. Law firm experiences will be preferable; Strong Word and Power Point skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills;
• Good knowledge of Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment and Labor Code;
• Knowledge and experience in Taxation/Tax Advisory is an advantage;
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment;
• Professionalism, well-organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated team player, with a thorough, systematic approach, and the ability to work to deadlines;
• Working carefully and detail oriented is strongly required.
