Work you’ll do

• • Supervise CSG team members on daily assignments, promote effective work practices as a team.
  • Co-ordinating, prioritizing and streamlining the diary of CSG team and providing them with much needed support.
  • Conduct research and create a database of Chinese speaking investors in Vietnam, identity opportunities for the members of CSG and Service Functions to approach.
  • Follow-up on the sales leads to realization of contracts / projects. This includes regular reporting of sale pipelines and client activities.
  • Maintain and manage key client contact lists for marketing purposes in CRM system.
  • Maintaining relationships with the stakeholders to help generate more opportunities.
  • Organize and coordinate CSG events and eminence activities.
  • Other tasks as requested.

Requirements

• • At least 5 years of related experience;
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken in Chinese and English;
  • Demonstrate ability to forge and sustain business/ client relationships;
  • Knowledge in a related industry would be advantageous;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as a team;
  • Good knowledge of research tools for analysis and general understanding of database technology;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools, in particular Word, Excel, and Power Point.
