Work you’ll do

  • Coordinate for Learning activities under the Learning Curriculum to make sure that all course (included E-learning and Live fac-led) requested by Deloitte Global is successfully run;
  • Analytics learning report for improving the curriculum
  • Keep update from Deloitte SEA Learning to inform and remind all staff for new e-learning requirement;
  • Arrange reasonable learning scheduling to make sure that the participant for the class is maximized;
  • Prepare learning report (attendance, feedback, learning hours); development Goals (by competency, position and function) from the firm’s system
  • Report status of learning plan rollout;
  • Summarize Learning KPI/Performance for all staff of each function (both half-year and year-end).
  • Closely working with Professional Qualification bodies to bring the newest update to Deloitte's staff;
  • Timely follow each exam from third party to register in Early;
  • Review Learning contract based on updated policies to revise for matching;
  • Check all hard copy contract for all learning courses, added for non-signed to complete document;
  • Complete Learning internal processing.
  • Other Training Administration and Logistics Support

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree in suitable majors; 
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experiences;
  • Good command of English & Vietnamese language;
  • Detailed oriented with multitasking skill;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skill and work well in a team;
  • Well organizational skill and logical thinking;
