Work you’ll do

• To perform as a delivery resource under projects and support tasks in Planning, Design, Installation and Configuration, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, Training as well as guiding both Customer and junior Consultants on Cybersecurity technology as well as other upcoming new security solutions that forms under this line of business.
• To attend to customers’ call for escalation support through either over phone or field visit.
• Lead, mentor and guide junior Consultants
• To carry out integration of Cybersecurity technology into customer’s environment in terms of both network and processes.
• To perform the troubleshooting of technical problems surfaced during project either due to product bugs or customer’s hardening requirements.
• Work closely with vendor’s technical help-desk to resolve technical problem surfaced during implementation.
• To constantly acquire new products knowledge that required by the Cybersecurity market.
• Develop simple scripting to customize the product to meet Customer’s requirements.
• Communicate or present to Customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university from relevant fields such as Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the similar field.
• Proven track record of implementing Cybersecurity Technology in the space of Identity (IAM, PAM) , Cloud Security, Data Security (DLP, DAM, PET), GRC etc
• Proven at least 1 year of Cybersecurity advisory experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of implementation or administration experience in MS SQL, Oracle or other RDBMS.
• Strong understanding of TCPIP, networking, DNS etc.
• Analytical mind with good troubleshooting skill.
• Some experience with programming in either Scripting, Microsoft .NET or Java is an added advantage.
• Able to speak English and Vietnamese fluently.
• Certification in Cybersecurity field such as CISSP, CISA, OSCP etc is a must.
