Work You’ll Do
- Lead and support end‑to‑end delivery of sustainability and ESG engagements, advising clients on how sustainability considerations intersect with business strategy, operations, risk management, governance, and performance, to drive long‑term value creation, resilience, and regulatory readiness across industries.
- Deliver engagements covering ESG strategy, decarbonisation, climate and transition risk, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, sustainability reporting, and emerging assurance, with a strong focus on practical application and business relevance.
- Demonstrate sound technical knowledge of sustainability and ESG, including environmental, social, and governance dimensions, and the ability to explain how ESG topics translate into risks, opportunities, and impacts on business and financial performance.
- Apply strong business acumen to assess ESG initiatives through a commercial lens, including value drivers, implementation costs, trade‑offs, operational feasibility, and alignment with client priorities.
- Advise clients on relevant national and international ESG frameworks and standards, including IFRS S1 & S2, TCFD, GHG Protocol, and local regulatory requirements, and translate these into pragmatic, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and evolving scopes, ensuring high‑quality delivery while balancing competing priorities.
- Lead or support proposal development, including scoping, methodology design, workplan structuring, and preparation of client‑ready materials.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional, regional, and global Deloitte teams, leveraging global methodologies, tools, and subject matter expertise.
- Contribute to thought leadership and eminence‑building activities, including preparation of insights, internal learning sessions, and publications.
- Coach and guide junior team members, ensuring quality control, capability development, and timely delivery across engagements.

- Demonstrate flexibility and pragmatism, adapting ESG solutions to client context, industry realities, maturity levels, and implementation constraints.
- Effectively manage teams, timelines, and workloads in a fast‑paced and demanding project environment.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders, including senior management.
- Actively support team development, including coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Commit to continuous learning, staying current on evolving ESG standards, regulations, and market practices.
- Uphold Deloitte’s values of integrity, collaboration, and impact in all professional interactions.
